A Workshop on How to Incorporate Semi-Vegetarianism, Vegetarianism and Veganism into your Life
Eating cleaner and greener and cutting down on our intake of animal foods is one of the most intelligent steps we can make as human towards a healthier planet. But eating a more vegetarian diet is not only about helping mother earth. Eating a plant-based diet can also go a long way towards improving your health and reducing your risk of disease later in life. In addition, eating greener can also help your yoga practice by increasing flexibility and oxygen consumption
We invite you to learn more about how to eat more compassionately, more healthily and with more awareness of the impacts, both within and around you.
Dietician, Ashleigh Caradas, will be presenting a 4-hour workshop on how to incorporate vegetarianism and veganism into your life in the healthiest possible way. Topics will include:

· Healthy supplementation
· Recipes and menu planning
· How to deal with social situations
